1. Access to the contents

Access to courses is granted exclusively to the student who made the purchase or subscription. Is prohibited the reproduction, distribution, sale, or transfer of the content to third parties without prior written authorization of Aurea Febraio.

2. Intellectual property

All the content available in Aurea Febraio Online School (videos, downloadable materials, music, images, and text) is protected by copyright. The use of these materials is limited to personal, educational. It is prohibited for commercial use or publication in other platforms.

3. Access duration

• The courses of payment (as the Course of Stretching) offer unlimited access during the time specified in the description of the course. After the end of that period, the access may be closed without prior notice.
• Subscriptions (Silver and Gold) give access to during the contract period. If you do not renew your subscription, access to the content and community partners will be disabled.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Given the digital nature and immediate access of the content, we do not accept returns or refunds once the purchase is made, except for technical errors attributable to the platform that impede access to the content.

5. Use of private communities

Communities WhatsApp (Silver and Gold Community) are exclusive spaces for active students. The mutual respect is mandatory. Any inappropriate behavior or misuse of the group may result in expulsion without refund.

6. Changes in the content or services

Aurea Febraio reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content from the platform, according to pedagogical or strategic, always ensuring compliance with the service contract.

7. The responsibility of the student

It is the student's responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technical means (stable connection to the Internet, compatible device) to access the classes. The school is not responsible for failures beyond the platform.

8. Use personal and non-transferable

The access to the platform and to the courses is personal and non transferable. Share access data or content with any third party is a violation of the terms and may result in the cancellation of the access.

9. Exemption from liability for injuries and results

Participation in the courses involves physical activity that should be done with responsibility, respecting the own physical limits. Aurea Febraio is not responsible for injury, discomfort, or damages arising from the practice inadequate or omission of necessary precautions.

Furthermore, the acquisition of a course does not guarantee specific outcomes of learning, as these are dependent on the commitment, practice, and perseverance of the student. No claims will be accepted related to the subjective perception of not having learned.
